Eldercare Locator:
Nat'l Association of Area Agencies on Aging
The objective of the campaign was to
create public awareness for Eldercare
Locator by directing the older segment
of the population (persons 65+) and
their caregivers (35-54) to call the
Eldercare Locator phone number to
learn more about services available for
older adults from coast to coast.

A series of thirty-second PSAs were
produced for the Eldercare Locator
program. The campaign, aired in
Washington on ABC 7.

Results: the N4a call center's volume
increased by 70% while the PSAs
were on-air. Nationally , The PSAs
were also distributed by The National
Association of Broadcasters.
